How do I sign up for email promotions?

How much is shipping? Or when will my order arrive?

Shipping for orders over $100 is free! Orders under $100 ship at a flat-rate of $11.95. Special order furniture or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees.

What is your return policy?

30 days for order errors or defective merchandise, 10 days for concealed damage and 5 days for all visible damage items. All returned products must be in the original manufacturers' shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials.

How do I pay my bill?

To pay an open invoice by credit card, please submit your invoice detail, and payment information on the make a payment page. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been successfully submitted.

Please note all credit card payments will include an additional 3% processing fee associated with the total invoice amount. All invoices can also be paid by check and can be mailed with invoice to Po Box 338 Portage, WI 53901.
